Dear brethren, this psalm invites us to lift up our eyes and hearts to cry out to God in times of distress and humiliation. Just as the psalmist lifted their eyes to God in desperation, we too seek His mercy and grace in the face of ridicule and contempt. May the words of Psalm 123 guide our prayer, as we seek refuge in God’s love and care. Let us pray
“I lift up my eyes to you, to you who sit enthroned in heaven.”
“I lift up my eyes to you, to you who sit enthroned in heaven. From the depths of my soul, I seek your guidance and grace. As I begin this new day, I surrender my worries and fears to your loving care.
Lord, you are my rock, my refuge, and my savior. Your power and wisdom are beyond measure, and your love is boundless. I trust in your goodness and your plan for my life.
As I look to you, I ask for your strength and courage to face the challenges ahead. May your grace and peace be my constant companions, and may your spirit guide me on my journey.
Please help me to keep my eyes fixed on you, even amid turmoil. Remind me that you are always with me and that your love never fails.
I lift up my eyes to you, dear Lord, and I pray that your blessings and favor will be upon me and those I love. May our lives be a reflection of your glory and grace.
“As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a female slave look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till he shows us his mercy.”
“Dear Heavenly Father,
As the eyes of slaves look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a female slave look to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to the Lord our God, till you show us your mercy.
We come before you with humble hearts, acknowledging our dependence on your grace and your love. Just as a slave looks to their master for provision and protection, we look to you for guidance, comfort, and strength.
We long to experience your mercy and your presence in our lives. We yearn for your divine guidance and your loving care. Show us your mercy, Lord, and grant us your peace.
Just as a slave finds freedom in their master’s kindness, we find freedom in your love and your redemption. You are our Master, our Savior, and our Lord.
We wait for you, Lord, with expectation and hope. May your mercy and your grace be our portion, and may your love be our constant companion.
“Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us, for we have endured no end of contempt. Lord, God of compassion and grace,”
Have mercy on us, Lord, have mercy on us, for we have endured no end of contempt. We come before you with heavy hearts, weighed down by the burdens of life. We have faced scorn and ridicule, rejection and pain.
But in the midst of our suffering, we cry out to you, our Rock and our Redeemer. You are our only hope, our only refuge. Have mercy on us, Lord, and hear our plea.
We confess our sins and our shortcomings, and we ask for your forgiveness. We acknowledge our limitations and our weaknesses, and we ask for your strength and your guidance.
Lord, have mercy on us, and grant us your peace. Comfort us in our affliction, and give us the grace to endure. Help us to forgive those who have wronged us, and to love those who have hurt us.
May your mercy and your love be our portion, now and forevermore. Amen.”
4 We have endured no end of ridicule from the arrogant, of contempt from the proud.
“Lord, Almighty God,
We come before you, broken and weary, bearing the scars of ridicule and contempt. We have endured no end of ridicule from the arrogant, of contempt from the proud. The mocking voices of those who scorn us have left us feeling shattered and alone.
But in the midst of this pain, we lift our eyes to you, our Savior and our Shield. You are our hiding place, our refuge from the storms of life. We ask that you shelter us under your wings, and hide us from the cruel words and actions of those who seek to destroy us.
Forgive us for the times we have tried to bear this burden on our own, and for the moments we have doubted your love and care. Strengthen us, Lord, to stand firm in the face of ridicule and contempt, and to respond with grace and humility.
May your love and your grace be our armor, our shield, and our sword. May we rise above the petty taunts of the arrogant, and may we emerge stronger, wiser, and more compassionate because of our trials.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.”
Dear friends in the lord, as we conclude our prayer, believe and trust that what you have asked from the lord has been granted you, in Jesus’ name!

Welcome, beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, to this moment of prayer and reflection. As we navigate the ups and downs of life, we are reminded of the importance of anchoring our hearts in God’s Word and seeking His guidance and protection. Dear Lord, I trust in you and your steadfast love. Please help me to be like Mount Zion, unshaken and enduring forever. Keep me firm in my faith, and may my heart be anchored in your promises. When the storms of life rage around me, be my rock, my refuge, and my strength. May my trust in you be unwavering, and may I stand firm on the solid ground of your Word. Please help me to rest in your sovereignty and to lean on your wisdom. May my life be a testament to your faithfulness and love.
Lord, surround me with your presence, just as the mountains surround Jerusalem. Be my refuge and protection, now and forevermore. Keep me safe from harm and fill me with your peace. Enfold me in your loving arms, and shelter me from the storms of life. May your presence be my comfort, my guide, and my strength. Help me to feel your loving embrace and to know your peace that surpasses all understanding. May your love be my shield, my defense, and my hope.
Lord, I pray that the wicked will not prevail over the righteous. Keep me from temptation and evil, and help me to always choose your way. May your justice and righteousness reign supreme in my life and in the world. Help me to stand for truth and to be a beacon of hope in the darkness. May your righteousness be my banner, my shield, and my sword. Give me wisdom and courage to stand against evil and to proclaim your goodness and love.
Lord, do good to me and to all who are upright in heart. Show us your favor and grace, and help us to walk in your ways. May our hearts be pure and our motives be true. Help us to seek your face and to follow your lead. May your goodness and love be our portion, our inheritance, and our joy. Give us the wisdom to discern your will and the courage to obey your commands. May our lives be a reflection of your goodness and a testimony to your grace.
Lord, banish from me all crooked ways and evil thoughts. Keep me on the path of righteousness, and may your peace be upon me and upon Israel. May your peace reign supreme in our hearts and in our land. Help me to turn away from sin and to turn towards your love and grace. May your peace be my comfort, my guide, and my strength. Give me the wisdom to discern your will and the courage to obey your commands. May your peace be the foundation of my life, the hope of my heart, and the joy of my soul.

My promising Messiah, today You assure all who believe, hope, and trust in You as You say, ” Then the righteous will shine like sun in the kingdom of their father.” O Lord, I commit the souls of all my beloved ones, especially Emmanuela, who before their death believed, hoped and trusted you, may they shine like the sun in the Kingdom of your Father. You are the Lord of Life, the Resurrection and the Life, I believe, O Jesus, and You will always come to the aid of your friends even on the last day. May you come to the assistance of all your friends; both living and dead, who had served or are serving you, loved or are loving you, and who called and are still calling on you every day. Beloved in the Lord, how wonderful is it to start this day with a sincere prayer coming from our heart of hearts?
This prayer is made up of Psalms and short prayers suitable for the mornings. It is a prayer that will uplift your spirit and give you the strength to run your day successfully.
Lord, every morning I come to you, seeking your guidance, wisdom, and grace. Every morning, I tell you what I need, and I wait for your answer. I lay my requests before you, trusting in your faithfulness and love.
In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice, and I know that you are attentive to my cries. I wait in expectation, knowing that you are a God who delights in blessing your children.
Thank you, Lord, for surrounding me with your favor as with a shield. You are my protector, my defender, and my rock. I am confident that your righteousness and blessing are upon me, and that your love and grace are my constant companions.
As I start this new day, I ask that you guide me, protect me, and empower me to live for your glory. May my life be a testimony to your goodness, and may my heart be filled with praise and thanksgiving for your unwavering love.
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.
Lord, I ask that my words and thoughts be pleasing to you, my Creator and Savior. May my speech be seasoned with grace, truth, and love, and may my heart’s meditations be pure, humble, and faithful.
Help me to speak words that build up, encourage, and bless others, and to think thoughts that honor you and reflect your character. May my conversations be filled with wisdom, kindness, and compassion.
As I seek to glorify you with my words and thoughts, I ask that you guard my heart and mind, keeping them focused on you and your truth. May my words and meditations be a sweet fragrance to you, my rock and redeemer.
Lead me by your truth and teach me, for you are the God who saves me. All day long, I put my hope in you.
Lord, I acknowledge that your truth is the only truth that sets me free. Guide me on the path of righteousness, and help me to seek your wisdom in all aspects of my life.
As I put my hope in you, I trust that you will deliver me from the snares of darkness and guide me into the light of your love. You are my rock, my refuge, and my savior.
All day long, I will meditate on your word, seeking your guidance and wisdom. May your truth be my shield and my defense, and may your love be my comfort and my strength.
Thank you, Lord, for being a God who saves me, who guides me, and who loves me unconditionally.
We stand in awe of your wonders, oh Lord. From the rising of the sun to its setting, your glory is proclaimed. The whole earth is filled with the majesty of your creation, and our hearts are filled with wonder.
As morning dawns, we praise you for the new life and hope that each day brings. Where evening fades, we thank you for the blessings and mercies that have sustained us.
You call forth songs of joy from our lips, and our souls sing with gratitude. Your wonders are a symphony of grace, a chorus of love, and a melody of peace.
May our lives be a harmony of praise to you, oh God. May our words and actions be a reflection of your glory, and may our hearts always be filled with awe and wonder at your majesty.
We pray for those who have lost their song, those who are struggling to find joy, and those who are searching for hope. Call forth a new song from their hearts, oh Lord, and fill them with your joy and peace.
Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
Lord, as we begin each new day, we ask that you pour out your abundant love upon us. Quench our thirst for connection with you, and fill us to overflowing with your grace and mercy.
May your unfailing love be our portion, our comfort, and our strength. Help us to bask in the warmth of your presence, that we may radiate joy and gladness to all those around us.
As we experience your lovingkindness, may our hearts sing with joy, our spirits soar with hope, and our lives be filled with purpose and meaning.
Thank you, Lord, for your faithful love that never ends. May we drink deeply from the well of your love, and may it satisfy our deepest longings all our days.
We lift up our friends, loved ones, neighbors, family and the world to your mighty protection and loving care. We ask that you surround them with your shield of faith, your helmet of salvation, and your sword of truth.
Deliver them from the darkness of this world, from the snares of the enemy, and from the grip of sin. Bring them into your wonderful light, where there is fullness of joy, peace, and love.
Lord, we pray that you would be their refuge and strength, their rock and redeemer. Keep them safe from harm and evil, and guide them on the path of righteousness.
May your grace and mercy abound in their lives, and may your love be their constant companion. We pray that they would know you deeply and intimately and that your presence would be their comfort and hope.
We commit them to your care, trusting in your goodness and faithfulness. May your will be done in their lives, and may they be a light in the darkness, shining your love and grace to all around them.

15 They shall bear fruit even in old age; vigorous and sturdy shall they be, 16 Declaring how just is the LORD, my rock, in whom there is no wrong. R. Lord, it is good to give thanks to you.
Alleluia For Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B
R. Alleluia, alleluia. The seed is the word of God, Christ is the sower. All who come to him will live forever. R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel For Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B– Mark 4:26-34
26 Jesus said to the crowds: “This is how it is with the kingdom of God; it is as if a man were to scatter seed on the land
27 and would sleep and rise night and day and through it all the seed would sprout and grow, he knows not how.
28 Of its own accord the land yields fruit, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.
29 And when the grain is ripe, he wields the sickle at once, for the harvest has come.”
30 He said, “To what shall we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable can we use for it?
31 It is like a mustard seed that, when it is sown in the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on the earth.
32 But once it is sown, it springs up and becomes the largest of plants and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade.”
33 With many such parables he spoke the word to them as they were able to understand it.
34 Without parables he did not speak to them, but to his own disciples he explained everything in private.
3 If you, O LORD, mark iniquities, LORD, who can stand? 4 But with you is forgiveness, that you may be revered. R. With the Lord there is mercy, and fullness of redemption.
R. Alleluia, alleluia. 31B Now the ruler of the world will be driven out, says the Lord; 32 and when I am lifted up from the earth, I will draw everyone to myself. R. Alleluia, alleluia.
Gospel For Tenth Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B – Mark 3:20-35
20 Jesus came home with his disciples. Again the crowd gathered, making it impossible for them even to eat. 21 When his relatives heard of this they set out to seize him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.” 22 The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul,” and “By the prince of demons he drives out demons.” 23 Summoning them, he began to speak to them in parables, “How can Satan drive out Satan? 24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. 26 And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand; that is the end of him. 27 But no one can enter a strong man’s house to plunder his property unless he first ties up the strong man. Then he can plunder the house. 28 Amen, I say to you, all sins and all blasphemies that people utter will be forgiven them. 29 But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never have forgiveness, but is guilty of an everlasting sin.” 30 For they had said, “He has an unclean spirit.” 31 His mother and his brothers arrived. Standing outside they sent word to him and called him. 32 A crowd seated around him told him, “Your mother and your brothers and your sisters are outside asking for you.” 33 But he said to them in reply, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”
34 And looking around at those seated in the circle he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers. 35 For whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.” Tenth Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B

Gospel Feast of Corpus Christi Year A
51 Jesus said to the Jewish crowds: “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats this bread, he will live for ever. The bread that I will give him is my flesh, which I give so that the world may live.”
52 This started an angry argument among them. “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” they asked.
53 Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.
54 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.
55 For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.
56 Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.
57 The living Father sent me, and because of Him, I live also. In the same way, whoever eats me will live because of me.
58 This, then, is the bread that came down from heaven; it is not like the bread that your ancestors ate. They later died, but those who eat this bread will live for ever.”
