R. (1b) Give thanks to the Lord, his love is everlasting.
or:
R. Alleluia.

23 They who sailed the sea in ships,
trading on the deep waters,
24 These saw the works of the LORD
and his wonders in the abyss.
R. Give thanks to the Lord, his love is everlasting.
or:
R. Alleluia.

25 His command raised up a storm wind
which tossed its waves on high.
26 They mounted up to heaven; they sank to the depths;
their hearts melted away in their plight.
R. Give thanks to the Lord, his love is everlasting.
or:
R. Alleluia.

28 They cried to the LORD in their distress;
from their straits he rescued them,
29 He hushed the storm to a gentle breeze,
and the billows of the sea were stilled.
R. Give thanks to the Lord, his love is everlasting.
or:
R. Alleluia.

30 They rejoiced that they were calmed,
and he brought them to their desired haven.
31 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his kindness
and his wondrous deeds to the children of men.
R. Give thanks to the Lord, his love is everlasting.
or: R. Alleluia.

Gospel For Twelfth Sunday in Ordinary Time, Year B – Mark 4:35-41

35 On that day, as evening drew on, Jesus said to his disciples: “Let us cross to the other side.”

36 Leaving the crowd, they took Jesus with them in the boat just as he was. And other boats were with him.

37 A violent squall came up and waves were breaking over the boat, so that it was already filling up.

38 Jesus was in the stern, asleep on a cushion. They woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?”

39 He woke up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Quiet! Be still!” The wind ceased and there was great calm.

40 Then he asked them, “Why are you terrified? Do you not yet have faith?”

41 They were filled with great awe and said to one another, “Who then is this whom even wind and sea obey?”

Responsorial Psalm For Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B

Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B – Psalms 92:2-3, 13-14, 15-16

R. (cf. 2a) Lord, it is good to give thanks to you.

2 It is good to give thanks to the LORD,
to sing praise to your name, Most High,
3 To proclaim your kindness at dawn
and your faithfulness throughout the night.
R. Lord, it is good to give thanks to you.

13 The just one shall flourish like the palm tree,
like a cedar of Lebanon shall he grow.
14 They that are planted in the house of the LORD
shall flourish in the courts of our God.
R. Lord, it is good to give thanks to you.

15 They shall bear fruit even in old age;
vigorous and sturdy shall they be,
16 Declaring how just is the LORD,
my rock, in whom there is no wrong.
R. Lord, it is good to give thanks to you.

Alleluia For Eleventh Sunday in Ordinary Time Year B

R. Alleluia, alleluia.
The seed is the word of God, Christ is the sower.
All who come to him will live forever.
R. Alleluia, alleluia.

Gospel – Mark 4:26-34

Jesus said to the crowds: “This is how it is with the kingdom of God; it is as if a man were to scatter seed on the land

27 and would sleep and rise night and day and through it all the seed would sprout and grow, he knows not how.

28 Of its own accord the land yields fruit, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.

29 And when the grain is ripe, he wields the sickle at once, for the harvest has come.”

30. He said, “To what shall we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable can we use for it?

31 It is like a mustard seed that, when it is sown in the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on the earth.

32 But once it is sown, it springs up and becomes the largest of plants and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade.”

33 With many such parables he spoke the word to them as they were able to understand it.

34 Without parables he did not speak to them, but to his own disciples he explained everything in private.

Feast of Corpus Christi Year B – Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ

Gospel – Mark 14:12-16, 22-26

Feast of Corpus Christi https://youtu.be/H1czlNy4Ujg Revision On General Knowledge – History 1

12 On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when they sacrificed the Passover lamb, Jesus’ disciples said to him, “Where do you want us to go
and prepare for you to eat the Passover?”

13 He sent two of his disciples and said to them, “Go into the city and a man will meet you, carrying a jar of water. Follow him.

14 Wherever he enters, say to the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says, “Where is my guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”‘

15 Then he will show you a large upper room furnished and ready. Make the preparations for us there.”

16 The disciples then went off, entered the city, and found it just as he had told them; and they prepared the Passover.

22 While they were eating, he took bread, said the blessing, broke it, gave it to them, and said, “Take it; this is my body.”

23 Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they all drank from it.

24 He said to them, “This is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed for many.

25 Amen, I say to you, I shall not drink again the fruit of the vine until the day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.”

26 Then, after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives
